Tooth Extractions
When your tooth, decayed to the point where it is almost impossible to restore it with restorativ procedures, starts causing you pain, you will need professional help to remove it off. Toothe extractions may take place due to various reasons one of the most common of which is advanced tooth decay. Sometimes it is not possible to get your teeth working well again by drilling or placing crowns, onlays or inlays. In this situation, tooth extractions will be the only option for you.
Apart from removal of impacted teeth, tooth extraction can be also useful fpr them who need more room in their mouth in order to receive the benefits of orthodontic treatment.
When tooth is visibly above the gumline, we have to perform only simple tooth extraction after giving you required dose of local anesthesia. For teeth that are visibly below the gumline, a surgical extraction is necessary. Patients undergoing a surgical tooth extraction may opt for sedation in addition to local anesthesia.

Root Canal Therapy
Root canal therapy is performed to remove damaged dental pulp which is generally the soft tissue composed of nerves and blood vessels inside the canal of the tooth. Root canal therapy is often necessary in order to avoid infection, permanent deadening of the tooth nerve, or an abscess.
A cracked tooth or severe cavity may cause germs to enter into the dental canal, where they can infect the dental pulp. In some instances, it can develope upto a level where it becomes necessary to get the tooth removed. Thus root canal therapy is designed to deliver a kind of treatment that prevents chances of tooth extraction due to dental damage.
During treatment, we remove the patient's diseased pulp, clean the canal to free it from germs and bacteria, and then seal it to keep other germs and bacteria out. A crown will then be bonded to the tooth, returning it to full functioning capacity.
